Are the Venetian and Palazzo the same company?

The Venetian and Palazzo operate as separate companies and are not the same Hotel and Casino. However, both hotels have the same identical suites and also charge the same prices. It may seem like they are the same company since they are connected by the Grand canal shopping complex.
