Come experience the 37 works made between 1993 and 2006 created by preeminent Chinese artists during a cultural, political, and technological transformation. With works by 14 artists, the gallery presents a progression of this beautiful Chinese photography as an artform, displaying a burgeoning period of artistic experimentation.  The exhibition is displaying a range of works from small-scale black and white photographs to large-scale color and panoramic scenes. It embraces print and digital photography, where traditional trained artists are using the camera to capture the visual, physical, and emotional evolution of daily life. These photographs develop realities from grain to pixel.  The Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art’s “From Grain to Pixel: Contemporary Chinese Photography” features artwork by the following artists: Cang Xin, Cui Xiuwen, Hai Bo, Hong Hao, Hong Lei, Huang Yan, Qiu Zhijie, RongRong, Tong Dazhuang, Wang Qingsong, Weng Fen, Xing Danwen, Zhang Huan, and Zhang Peili.
